2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine in a bowl Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Thyme, Salt and Pepper.

Serve as dip to Daily Good Mushroom.

4 cups mushroom stock or water
½ cup The Daily Good Mushroom Crisps Original (coarsely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 med red onion (chopped)
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

step 1
Saute onion in a pan until slightly translucent.

Add the garlic in the pan and saute.

Add the Daily Good Mushroom Original in the pan.

Add oatmeal and mushroom stock or water in the pan.

Stir occasionally for 15 minutes until oats are of desired texture.

½ cup The Daily Good Mushroom Crisps Wasabi (coarsely chopped)
1 cup quinoa
½ cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
½ cup red cabbage (shredded)
½ cup carrot (sliced)
½ cup cucumber (chopped)
½ tbsp cilantro (chopped)
½ cup corn (kernels)
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp red cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar

step 1
Combine quinoa and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside then let cool.

step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar and paprika to make the dressing.

step 3
Combine together Daily Good Mushroom Wasabi, Quinoa, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Cucumber, Cilantro, Corn and mixed dressing.
