- Mexican Chili ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
½ cup avocado (mashed)
1 tsp chili flakes
2 slices sourdough or

Mash the Avocado in a bowl.

Assemble the sandwich, spread the mashed avocado, sprinkle the chili flakes, put the chopped mushroom, and top with alfalfa sprouts.

¼ cup almonds
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup pistachios
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup raisins / dried fruit

Cut into halves Daily Good Mushroom Chili.

Combine in a bowl:
Daily Good Mushroom Chili, Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachio, Cranberry, Raisins.

Mix well and serve.

½ cup walnuts (chopped)
½ cup almonds (chopped)
½ cup peanuts (chopped)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup dark chocolate (melted)

Combine together in a bowl: Daily Good Wasabi Mushroom, Walnuts, Pistachio, Almonds, Peanuts, Honey and Peanut Butter.

Layer in a 6x6 pan. Cover with plastic film and leave in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Cut into bars.

Dip each half part in melted dark chocolate.
